Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you absolute control over your e-mail boxes and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can forward e-mail messages from one mail account to another, create mail filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your e-mail boxes against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming mails based on certain rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and set the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one email box to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just choose the e-mailbox account you want to forward e-mails from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
